Evaluates patients and develops patient-specific physical therapy treatment program.  Monitors, reassesses and modifies treatment program to meet patient needs in an ongoing manner.  Delegates patients to physical therapist assistant as appropriate.  Where appropriate, the Physical Therapist performs treatments demonstrating awareness of growth and development for each population group.  Applies knowledge of population specific needs when assessing/caring for newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients according to psychosocial and developmental needs.

Requirements

Bachelor, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Current Physical Therapy MS state licensure and CPR certification required.
