Volunteer Services

Warm smiles, heartfelt care, exemplary dedicaiton

That’s what our volunteers provide to patients, visitors and employees on a daily basis at Biloxi Regional Medical Center.

Volunteers at Biloxi Regional Medical Center play an important role throughout the facility. By their kindness and dedication, we are able to provide our patients and visitors with “the little extras”. Some of the things you can do as a volunteer are:

  • Staff gift shop
  • Talk with family members in waiting rooms
  • Escort patients and visitors to designated areas of the hospital
  • Assist visitors in Outpatient and Intensive Care waiting room
  • Provide general information
  • Deliver newspapers and/or flower arrangements
  • And more

The volunteers meet each month on the first Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. Special social events, seminars and activities are held regularly for the volunteers of Biloxi Regional.

Students between 15 and 17 years of age with a 3.0 GPA meeting the required criteria may apply for the Healthcare Leaders summer program.
